In the 13th minute, Cliff Cox made a precise shot to the right of Frazer Ferrell. Disney Athletic's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Frazer Ferrell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cliff Cox in the 19th minute of play. Thom Lineker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caleb MacDonald, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Thom Lineker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Osbourne in the 27th minute of the match. Caleb MacDonald received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Thom Lineker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute of the match Simon Spurgeon sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Frazer Ferrell skillfully saved the ball. Rufus Ellis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Frazer Ferrell. Disney Athletic's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Frazer Ferrell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cliff Cox in the 45th minute of the match. Cliff Cox fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frazer Ferrell having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Roger Dryden made the kick off in the second half. Frazer Ferrell made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cliff Cox in the 52nd minute. Thom Lineker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caleb MacDonald in the 56th minute of play. A collision led to Disney Athletic getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Aaron Osbourne hit a great ball. 58 minutes into the game, Rufus Ellis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Manchester United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Disney Athletic the free kick. Rufus Ellis kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, Disney Athletic's goal looked a bit too open when Cliff Cox came free, but Frazer Ferrell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disney Athletic's Frazer Ferrell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Disney Athletic from getting a goal against them. Aaron Osbourne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Thom Lineker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience held their breath when Caleb MacDonald in the 77th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Thom Lineker's left hand side. 86 minutes into the match, Disney Athletic's goalkeeper Frazer Ferrell had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roger Dryden. In the 89th minute, one of Disney Athletic:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Disney Athletic. Thom Lineker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Caleb MacDonald in the 98th minute of the match. 98 minutes into the match, Caleb MacDonald had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thom Lineker. Manchester United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Caleb MacDonald was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Manchester United were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Disney Athletic's much stronger midfield.
