Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Seth Attwood got the match started through his kick off. Rodney Pamplin kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Junior Duckworth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rio Simms having to interfere. Rio Simms showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Seth Attwood, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Tundra Team's goal looked a bit too open when Seth Attwood came free, but Rio Simms reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, Glen Boyle recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Joe Fleetwood. Glen Boyle showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 27thth minute of the game Piers Webster who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Illusion XI's Joe Fleetwood was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rodney Pamplin's late challenge caught a Tundra Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodney Pamplin helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Tundra Team booed when Illusion XI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodney Pamplin didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the game, Ozzy Parry was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tundra Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Illusion XI the free kick. After a rather tough play, Tundra Team's Ozzy Parry got a free kick in the 31st minute. Rio Simms stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Seth Attwood's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. A collision led to Illusion XI getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Rodney Pamplin hit a great ball. After 35 played minutes, Tundra Team's Damian Shipperley shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Joe Fleetwood came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tundra Team reached it. In the 35th match minute, Tundra Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tod Turner to maneuver through the defense. Joe Fleetwood came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Tundra Team's Glen Boyle. But to his dismay, Glen Boyle quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Junior Duckworth received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Rio Simms tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Piers Webster was the one to do the kick off. Joe Fleetwood showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piers Webster, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. 52 minutes into the match, Illusion XI's goal looked a bit too open when Glen Boyle came free, but Joe Fleetwood reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rio Simms made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Junior Duckworth sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Piers Webster in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joe Fleetwood prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Piers Webster's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joe Fleetwood read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. In the 91stth minute of the game Piers Webster who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Illusion XI's Joe Fleetwood was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rio Simms showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Seth Attwood, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Tundra Team were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Illusion XI for a fine match.
