When the match had been going on for 20 minutes, Bikstor.com's Glyn Crooks got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Richard Kidd. Ruben Fieldwick made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Will Watkins in the 22nd minute of play. If Victor Jump had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute Austen Bryant suffered a knee injury and had to be helped off the field. Vincent Mayfield charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mickey Piercy during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 45th minute, Brett Amos made a precise shot to the right of Ruben Fieldwick. Bikstor.com's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. After the first half Danbury were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Will Watkins to strike the kick off in the second half. Jacob Duxbury sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match clock showed 57 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Will Watkins sped through Bikstor.com's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ruben Fieldwick. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Jacob Duxbury managed to get in a good position for a shot. Danbury's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacob Duxbury was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ruben Fieldwick breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Will Watkins in the 72nd minute of play forced Bikstor.com's goalkeeper Ruben Fieldwick to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute Will Watkins shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruben Fieldwick saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruben Fieldwick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacob Duxbury in the 74th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Will Watkins in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruben Fieldwick saved Bikstor.com from getting behind. Ruben Fieldwick took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Will Watkins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacob Duxbury struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. The audience was convinced that Will Watkins's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ruben Fieldwick was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. After having played for 86 minutes, Brett Amos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Danbury's supporters crossed their fingers, but Brett Amos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 87th minute, Garth Taggart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Brett Amos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruben Fieldwick having to interfere. Danbury's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
