Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Waterfoot's Bryan Carey-Bertram started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a defensive mix-up in Arsenal Fc Academy's zone, Max Corbett stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Justin Blackley came out of the goal and Max Corbett tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Charlie Bartlett kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. 7 minutes into the match, Arsenal Fc Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Bryan Carey-Bertram came free, but Justin Blackley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bryan Carey-Bertram recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Curtis Gallacher made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benji Morgan in the 18th minute of play. When Max Corbett came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Waterfoot fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Max Corbett couldn't finish the play. Justin Blackley made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Max Corbett sent off a good shot on target. Justin Blackley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bryan Carey-Bertram, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benji Morgan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Max Corbett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justin Blackley having to interfere. Bryan Carey-Bertram sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Waterfoot booed when Arsenal Fc Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carl Birch didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benji Rayner lost his temper 59 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 59 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Waterfoot! After a rather tough play, Waterfoot's Roger Blackwood got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 75thth minute of the game Max Corbett who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arsenal Fc Academy's Justin Blackley was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 80th minute, Max Corbett got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
