Richard Shephard took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ted Graydon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ollie Milligan charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ollie Milligan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 24th match minute, Kmaster FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ollie Milligan to maneuver through the defense. 26 minutes into the match, The Titans's Gheorghe Hagi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mike Rundle narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ted Graydon hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute The Titans were awarded a corner. Gheorghe Hagi went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Andrew Wootton got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-1. 31 minutes into the match. The Titans's Yang Xi Di got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Richard Shephard showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ted Graydon, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 47 minutes into the match, Kmaster FC's goalkeeper Mike Rundle had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yang Xi Di.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Buster Parsons made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Lucas Collier suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. The supporters of Kmaster FC booed when The Titans was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gheorghe Hagi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The The Titans fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when The Titans's Kong Hong Cheng looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ted Graydon kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Kmaster FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kong Hong Cheng came free, but Mike Rundle reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yang Xi Di's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mike Rundle read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 64th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Kong Hong Cheng got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 69 minutes into the game, one of Kmaster FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 77 played minutes Kmaster FC got a freekick which was hit by Ted Graydon. A collision led to Kmaster FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Ted Graydon hit a great ball. If Kong Hong Cheng had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 92 minutes, Kristopher Hancock managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The Titans's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kristopher Hancock was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Kong Hong Cheng came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the The Titans fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kong Hong Cheng couldn't finish the play. Kristopher Hancock blasted a shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mike Rundle having to make a save. Kmaster FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
