The supporters of Greenwood fc booed when Olimpiaa Elblag was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Norfolk didn't get a good kick on the ball. Calvin Purvis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gwyn Halford was extremely unlucky when he, in the 20th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. A collision led to Olimpiaa Elblag getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Samuel Norfolk hit a great ball. When Calvin Purvis came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Greenwood fc fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Calvin Purvis couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Olimpiaa Elblag's zone, Calvin Purvis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isaac Hoskins came out of the goal and Calvin Purvis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dave Maxell during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Gwyn Halford had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isaac Hoskins was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Calvin Purvis showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 31 minute of play. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Gwyn Halford made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Olimpiaa Elblag's goal looked a bit too open when Calvin Purvis came free, but Isaac Hoskins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gwyn Halford sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gwyn Halford in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isaac Hoskins saved Olimpiaa Elblag from getting behind. Isaac Hoskins didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Greenwood fc's Gwyn Halford shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 64th minute, Rick Langford made a precise shot to the right of Stuart Hudson. Greenwood fc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Gwyn Halford got in the 71st a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Isaac Hoskins handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. With a little luck, Greenwood fc's Stuart Hudson got control of the ball when Rick Langford tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Calvin Purvis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
