Spectators: 7550 (Terracing: 5664, Seating: 1736, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. But to his dismay, Marek Wring quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 14 minutes into the match, Manchester United FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marek Wring came free, but Stan Church reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marek Wring received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Stan Church tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joey Monk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Al Machin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rio Rowling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Stan Church tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Rio Rowling had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Luxirare booed when Manchester United FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patrick Nicholls didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute of the match Vincent Edison sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Stan Church skillfully saved the ball. Marek Wring sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 41 minutes, Adam Beasley managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manchester United FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adam Beasley was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Al Machin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joey Monk having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Al Machin was the one to do the kick off. Manchester United FC's Stan Church proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Manchester United FC from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Adam Beasley managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manchester United FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Adam Beasley was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joey Monk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Adam Beasley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patrick Nicholls kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Stan Church made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Marek Wring sent off a good shot on target. Al Machin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 77 minutes, Rio Rowling managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Luxirare's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rio Rowling was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 83 minutes into the match, Calum Rigg notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Luxirare's Joey Monk. Joey Monk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 89th minute of the match Manchester United FC got a corner. Luxirare's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Kieran Hardcastle ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Kieran Hardcastle got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Joey Monk quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Marek Wring had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rio Rowling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
