Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 5 minutes into the game, Malcolm May was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maniac City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Southampton fc the free kick. After 5 played minutes Maniac City got a freekick which was hit by Malcolm May. Aaron Nightingale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Travis McAleer having to interfere. Rhys Laycock took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brian Delaney, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maniac City's Rhys Laycock played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jasper Emberson in the 16th minute of play. Brian Delaney received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Rhys Laycock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 22nd minute, Jeremy Cooper hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jasper Emberson in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rhys Laycock prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 29 minutes into the match, Maniac City's goal looked a bit too open when Jasper Emberson came free, but Rhys Laycock reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Lewis Barnes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Travis McAleer was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Aaron Nightingale who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Travis McAleer when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 36 minutes into the match, Southampton fc's goalkeeper Travis McAleer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aaron Nightingale. Lewis Barnes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Travis McAleer made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Aaron Nightingale sent off a good shot on target. In the 60th minute Aaron Nightingale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Travis McAleer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rhys Laycock showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jasper Emberson in the 65th minute of the match. In the 75thth minute of the game Lewis Barnes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Southampton fc's Travis McAleer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 77 minutes into the game, Maniac City's Aaron Nightingale nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Travis McAleer made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Travis McAleer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lewis Barnes in the 81st minute of play. Lewis Barnes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Travis McAleer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lewis Barnes struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Travis McAleer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maniac City. Travis McAleer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aaron Nightingale's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. CJ Furlong recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maniac City were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
