The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rueben Hinshelwood was the one to do the kick off. 57 minutes in the game Eddie Chiverton did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Alex Major. Vic Wicks hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. When Pete Pringle fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lambeth FC's protests and gave Pete Pringle a yellow card for diving instead. A sloppy throw-in by Jerry Fearns in the 82nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Lambeth FC's Crispin Boyd. Matthew Airton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ethan Airton in the 84th minute of play. Rueben Hinshelwood could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Edward Pearson made a huge save. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
