Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Malcolm Bastow took the kick off in the first half of the match. Edward Pearson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Malcolm Bastow in the 4th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, googs n moos's goal looked a bit too open when Vic Wicks came free, but Matthew Airton reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Nathan Stonebridge came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Lambeth FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nathan Stonebridge couldn't finish the play. In the 13thth minute of the game Vic Wicks who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but googs n moos's Matthew Airton was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alex Major kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Vic Wicks sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Crispin Boyd fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matthew Airton having to interfere. Matthew Airton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ethan Airton in the 22nd minute of the match. 23 minutes into the game, Eddie Chiverton threw the ball into play from the sideline. Lambeth FC's Freddie Dryden quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After some careless play in the googs n moos defense, Vic Wicks kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Matthew Airton. The googs n moos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Matthew Airton should have stopped the shot. Ethan Airton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edward Pearson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rueben Hinshelwood in the 29th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Rueben Hinshelwood had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edward Pearson. Lambeth FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rueben Hinshelwood was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After 35 minutes, Pete Pringle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lambeth FC and the googs n moos players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 34th minute, one of Lambeth FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lambeth FC. When the match had been going on for 36 minutes, googs n moos's Stu Dry got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Edward Pearson. 40 minutes into the match, Lambeth FC's goalkeeper Edward Pearson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rueben Hinshelwood. Edward Pearson made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Rueben Hinshelwood sent off a good shot on target. Matthew Airton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vic Wicks in the 45th minute of the match. If Ethan Airton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vic Wicks made a kick off. 66 minutes in the game Jerry Fearns did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Drew Penn. Lambeth FC's Edward Pearson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rueben Hinshelwood in the 67th minute of play. Lambeth FC's Seth Welsh was substituted for Crispin Boyd. Jerry Fearns got a throw-in 79 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Alex Major. The audience thought a goal was coming when Seth Welsh got free with Matthew Airton in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lambeth FC's Vic Wicks got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Matthew Airton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vic Wicks in the 86th minute. Ethan Airton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Vic Wicks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ethan Airton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Matthew Airton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ethan Airton, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. googs n moos were victorious despite being under pressure from Lambeth FC for much of the match.
