Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lennie Charlton started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute, Jermaine Salt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Duncan McNiven stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Will Woodyat's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. Benjamin Barnfield might have been able to make a better finish in the 6th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcus Barnett. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benjamin Barnfield ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 7th minute, Rodd Bzeu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benjamin Barnfield sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dylan Breeden in the 13th minute of play forced Chelski FC's goalkeeper Duncan McNiven to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chelski FC's Duncan McNiven played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Will Woodyat in the 14th minute of play. Duncan McNiven made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Will Woodyat in the 17th minute of play. Dylan Breeden recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benjamin Barnfield fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcus Barnett having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lennie Charlton in the 24th minute of play forced Heron Olympic's goalkeeper Marcus Barnett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcus Barnett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lennie Charlton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benjamin Barnfield received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Marcus Barnett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Heron Olympic's Marcus Barnett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lennie Charlton in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute Will Woodyat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duncan McNiven saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Heron Olympic booed when Chelski FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Will Adamson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zackary Mulford was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 36th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After having played for 38 minutes, Benjamin Barnfield managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chelski FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benjamin Barnfield was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lennie Charlton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Will Woodyat in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Duncan McNiven prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as Chelski FC's Lennie Charlton slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcus Barnett. That made the score 1-0 after 49 minutes of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Will Woodyat stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Heron Olympic's Will Woodyat in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chelski FC's goalie prevented a goal. During the 58th minute of the match Will Adamson completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Will Adamson a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Will Adamson hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Barnfield in the 63rd minute of play forced Heron Olympic's goalkeeper Marcus Barnett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lennie Charlton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Jake Vassell fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chelski FC's protests and gave Jake Vassell a yellow card for diving instead. Jake Vassell kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Will Woodyat was extremely unlucky when he, in the 68th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 70 minutes into the match, Chelski FC's goalkeeper Duncan McNiven had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dylan Breeden. Will Woodyat did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Duncan McNiven 79 minutes into the match. Marcus Barnett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Barnfield, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
