Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Frazer Sunderland kicked off to start the match. After a defensive mix-up in England's zone, Frazer Sunderland stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Richard Rothwell came out of the goal and Frazer Sunderland tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, England's Richard Rothwell got control of the ball when Keanu Chapman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Richard Rothwell made an important save on a dangerous shot by Keanu Chapman in the 7th minute. If Frazer Sunderland had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Frazer Sunderland in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Richard Rothwell saved England from getting behind. After having played for 20 minutes, Johnnie Wilmott managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. England's supporters crossed their fingers, but Johnnie Wilmott was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Gaz Hoult had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Richard Rothwell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frazer Sunderland in the 26th minute of the match. Gaz Hoult struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Spike Kay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for England. Benji Pell took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 39th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Spike Kay. Thornbury's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Thornbury's goal looked a bit too open when Hayden Bzeu came free, but Spike Kay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Thornbury fans' excitement grew in the 42nd match minute when Thornbury's Keanu Chapman looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thornbury's Adrian Edmunds got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hayden Bzeu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Keanu Chapman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Thornbury's supporters crossed their fingers, but Keanu Chapman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thornbury's Spike Kay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hayden Bzeu in the 56th minute of play. Keanu Chapman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Rothwell having to interfere. When Hayden Bzeu got free in front of the goal in the 66th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Spike Kay was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Casey Wildman kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. With a little luck, Thornbury's Spike Kay got control of the ball when Gaz Hoult tried to sneak it across the goal line. Keanu Chapman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Richard Rothwell having to make a save. In the 81stth minute of the game Frazer Sunderland who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but England's Richard Rothwell was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Johnnie Wilmott fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored England's protests and gave Johnnie Wilmott a yellow card for diving instead. Johnnie Wilmott hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Frazer Sunderland managed to get in a good position for a shot. Thornbury's supporters rose to their feet, but Frazer Sunderland was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Richard Rothwell breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Richard Rothwell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Casey Wildman in the 91st minute of the match. Frazer Sunderland fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Rothwell having to interfere.
