Kyle Little hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. When Keiran Rowe came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Crazy Chickens London fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Keiran Rowe couldn't finish the play. Johnny Bale took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Al Aspinall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Street's Lance Theobald got a free kick in the 13th minute. Lance Theobald charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lance Theobald the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lance Theobald hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After 16 minutes of play Street's Lance Theobald was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Lance Theobald hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Keiran Rowe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Crazy Chickens London's supporters rose to their feet, but Keiran Rowe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Johnny Bale breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bobby Bayliff might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alastair Simms. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bobby Bayliff ran back to his position shaking his head. Scott Dunning's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alastair Simms read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. When Bobby Bayliff came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Street fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bobby Bayliff couldn't finish the play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Crazy Chickens London fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 28th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Street a penalty, 30 minutes into the game. Keiran Rowe ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Al Aspinall to strike the kick off in the second half. Keiran Rowe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johnny Bale having to interfere. Scott Dunning received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Alastair Simms tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Crazy Chickens London's Rupert Land got a free kick in the 64th minute. Alastair Simms came out of the goal and Scott Dunning tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 78th minute Al Aspinall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johnny Bale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The attack was good, but when Scott Dunning in the 80th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. If Bobby Bayliff had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Scott Dunning could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Alastair Simms made a huge save. Scott Dunning fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alastair Simms having to interfere. Edward Davies's late challenge caught a Street's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edward Davies helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Street booed when Crazy Chickens London was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edward Davies didn't get a good kick on the ball. Scott Dunning fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alastair Simms having to interfere. When the match was over Street could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Crazy Chickens London throughout the match.
