Spectators: 7587 (Terracing: 5691, Seating: 1745, VIP seats: 151) After 5 played minutes Workington AFC got a freekick which was hit by Gavin Baker. 7 minutes into the match, Workington AFC's Doğuhan Metiner sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Will Barber narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 8 played minutes Everton City got a freekick which was hit by Ty Edworthy. Workington AFC's Darren Campbell couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 8th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Everton City. In the 17th minute, Rufus McGovern hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mattias Clarke in the 21st minute of play forced Workington AFC's goalkeeper Donald Wilson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the game, Darren Campbell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Workington AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Everton City the free kick. In the 21st minute, Darren Campbell hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 24 played minutes Everton City got a freekick which was hit by Tyler Blewitt. If Darren Campbell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vance Billing during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 31 minutes of play, Everton City's Den Childs made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Donald Wilson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ty Edworthy took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 36th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Donald Wilson. Workington AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Oliver Dalby advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-1 in the 40th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Richie Theobold to strike the kick off in the second half. Gavin Baker took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Will Barber. Will Barber dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. In the 56th minute, Oliver Dalby got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Doğuhan Metiner blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Will Barber having to make a save. In the 64th minute, Doğuhan Metiner ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Will Barber was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Will Barber came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Workington AFC's Doğuhan Metiner. But to his dismay, Doğuhan Metiner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Doğuhan Metiner put it in 5-1 from a short distance just to the right of Will Barber. Will Barber took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Doğuhan Metiner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Will Barber showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doğuhan Metiner in the 80th minute of the match. Tyler Blewitt charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tyler Blewitt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tyler Blewitt kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Doğuhan Metiner left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Workington AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. Will Barber took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Doğuhan Metiner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 91st minute, Doğuhan Metiner ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Will Barber was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. When the referee ended the match the Workington AFC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
