Spectators: 7532 (Terracing: 5650, Seating: 1732, VIP seats: 150) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when John-Paul Bloom kicked off to start the match. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Brabusss's Johnathan Shaw played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John-Paul Bloom in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute John-Paul Bloom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johnathan Shaw saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Brabusss defense, John-Paul Bloom kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Johnathan Shaw. The Brabusss fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Johnathan Shaw should have stopped the shot. Caleb Gill hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute of the match Sammy Flack sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Johnathan Shaw skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mike Wardill in the 36th minute of play forced Brabusss's goalkeeper Johnathan Shaw to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Brabusss's goal looked a bit too open when John-Paul Bloom came free, but Johnathan Shaw reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Geoff Impey managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brabusss's supporters rose to their feet, but Geoff Impey was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sly Schofield breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sly Schofield took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geoff Quinn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the game, Stephen Mimms cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Sly Schofield was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The wind increased when Stephen Mimms made the kick off in the second half. Brabusss's Johnathan Shaw played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John-Paul Bloom in the 53rd minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Brabusss's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Merchant came free, but Johnathan Shaw reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Denny Beswetherick fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johnathan Shaw having to interfere. If Geoff Quinn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Michael Merchant took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Johnathan Shaw to make any attempt to save it. Johnathan Shaw made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John-Paul Bloom in the 64th minute of play. Geoff Quinn scored 3-2 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sly Schofield, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Johnathan Shaw showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John-Paul Bloom in the 73rd minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Brabusss players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
