Jeffrey Huckerby made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Max Biernat sent off a good shot on target. Jeffrey Huckerby came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Everton Football Club's Max Biernat. But to his dismay, Max Biernat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Perry Lambourne kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Everton Football Club's Jamal Longstaff got a free kick in the 24th minute. When Max Biernat came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Everton Football Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Max Biernat couldn't finish the play. Everton Football Club's Paulinho Aoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Seb Morrell in the 35th minute of play. Paulinho Aoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Seb Morrell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 38 minutes, Robert Ellis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.C. United of Hull and the Everton Football Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 38 played minutes F.C. United of Hull got a freekick which was hit by Robert Ellis. Alfie Philips kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Seb Morrell might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulinho Aoi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Seb Morrell ran back to his position shaking his head. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Seb Morrell to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Everton Football Club's Max Biernat nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jeffrey Huckerby made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. If Seb Morrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Seb Morrell might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paulinho Aoi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Seb Morrell ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giles Jackson in the 69th minute of play forced F.C. United of Hull's goalkeeper Jeffrey Huckerby to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulinho Aoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yağız Ulaç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. F.C. United of Hull's Jeffrey Huckerby played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giles Jackson in the 75th minute of play. In the 87th minute of the match Oliver Millman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jeffrey Huckerby skillfully saved the ball. Giles Jackson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jeffrey Huckerby having to make a save. When Everton Football Club's Max Biernat in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye F.C. United of Hull's goalie prevented a goal. Jeffrey Huckerby stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Max Biernat's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. Many of F.C. United of Hull's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. F.C. United of Hull may have spent more time on the ball, but Everton Football Club were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
