After 23 minutes, Stefan Hilditch mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the islahiye spor and the Milnrow Uni players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to islahiye spor getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Stefan Hilditch hit a great ball. Milnrow Uni's Marty Newbury proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Milnrow Uni from getting a goal against them. Alf Whitmore hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Marty Newbury took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Murat Oncu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marty Newbury showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Murat Oncu in the 31st minute of the match. Harvey Hill's late challenge caught a islahiye spor's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Harvey Hill helped the player get up and apologised. In the 35th minute, Harvey Hill hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Santo Casillas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reuben Cornish in the 38th minute of play. If Sid Bedford had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ronnie Corbridge during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 51 minutes into the match, Milnrow Uni's goal looked a bit too open when Murat Oncu came free, but Marty Newbury reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 余义枫 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Marty Newbury tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. islahiye spor's Santo Casillas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harvey Hill in the 58th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Milnrow Uni's Reuben Cornish got a free kick in the 58th minute. Lenny Vaughn kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Murat Oncu put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Marty Newbury. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Milnrow Uni's goalkeeper Marty Newbury, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. islahiye spor were awarded a corner in the 65th minute after Milnrow Uni's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. John-Paul Bannister took the corner. The corner led islahiye spor's Damon Harrington to fire away a dangerous shot which Marty Newbury despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Santo Casillas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sean Millman in the 67th minute. After 69 minutes of play, islahiye spor's 余义枫 made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marty Newbury was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sid Bedford struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Santo Casillas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Milnrow Uni. Santo Casillas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reuben Cornish in the 73rd minute of play. Marty Newbury made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 余义枫 in the 75th minute of play. A collision led to Milnrow Uni getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Harvey Hill hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Murat Oncu in the 85th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marty Newbury prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alf Whitmore kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Murat Oncu kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Santo Casillas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sid Bedford, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sean Millman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sean Millman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Santo Casillas made a huge save. Milnrow Uni's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
