FIVE Wizards's Luke Newlyn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save FIVE Wizards from getting a goal against them. If Howard Howard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Cressage City booed when FIVE Wizards was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Garry Middlewood didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stevie Waller made in the 13th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Tyler Cusack immediately put the ball in play. If Howard Howard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luke Newlyn was a little too slow when Rio Clifford got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 1-0. Luke Newlyn made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Rio Clifford sent off a good shot on target. After 25 minutes of play, Cressage City's Barrie Jobling made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luke Newlyn was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 28th match minute, Cressage City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rio Clifford to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Cressage City's Barrie Jobling got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Frank Hughes-Guy kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Carl May managed to get in a good position for a shot. FIVE Wizards's supporters rose to their feet, but Carl May was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. James Gordon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of FIVE Wizards booed when Cressage City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bart Godsall didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Howard Howard made the kick off in the second half. Luke Newlyn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tyler Cusack, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Brendon Parks sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Cressage City's Bart Godsall got a free kick in the 55th minute. When Howard Howard came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the FIVE Wizards fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Howard Howard couldn't finish the play. FIVE Wizards's Luke Newlyn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bart Godsall in the 58th minute of play. Luke Newlyn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barrie Jobling, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Frank Hughes-Guy came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the FIVE Wizards fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frank Hughes-Guy couldn't finish the play. James Gordon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, Cressage City's goal looked a bit too open when Howard Howard came free, but James Gordon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 69 played minutes Cressage City got a freekick which was hit by Silvester Varley. Tyler Cusack hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute of the match Brendon Parks sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but James Gordon skillfully saved the ball. In the 76th minute, Frank Hughes-Guy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in FIVE Wizards's zone, Stevie Waller stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luke Newlyn came out of the goal and Stevie Waller tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 79th minute Bart Godsall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luke Newlyn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th match minute, Cressage City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rio Clifford to maneuver through the defense. Luke Newlyn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bart Godsall in the 85th minute of the match. Chesney Duffield hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Luke Newlyn didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Barrie Jobling went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. In the 90th minute, Rio Clifford hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cressage City were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of FIVE Wizards for a fine match.
