Spectators: 8079 (Terracing: 6061, Seating: 1858, VIP seats: 160) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jeffrey Colley got the match started through his kick off. William Ramstad stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jeffrey Colley's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Grant Rooney made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ralph Mawson in the 26th minute of play. 29 minutes into the game, Ralph Mawson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Grant Rooney was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jeffrey Colley in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg William Ramstad saved FC Colindale from getting behind. After having played for 46 minutes, Ralph Mawson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Colindale's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ralph Mawson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ralph Mawson to strike the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Stuart Dobby kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Grant Rooney. That made the score 0-3 in the 52 minute of play. After 57 minutes, Gerry Adamson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Colindale and the Evolution players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 57th minute, one of FC Colindale:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for FC Colindale. The referee gave Evolution a penalty, 59 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Vern Deeney, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of FC Colindale's William Ramstad. 1-3. In the 63rd match minute, Evolution was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rowan Sharpe to maneuver through the defense. Evolution's Grant Rooney proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Evolution from getting a goal against them. In the 68th minute Ralph Mawson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grant Rooney saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rowan Sharpe hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Ralph Mawson's late challenge caught a Evolution's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ralph Mawson helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FC Colindale's Ralph Mawson got a free kick in the 70th minute. Grant Rooney made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Stuart Dobby sent off a good shot on target. When Robert Drury fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Colindale's protests and gave Robert Drury a yellow card for diving instead. William Ramstad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeffrey Colley in the 96th minute of the match.
