Sammy Hedges blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without William Ramstad having to make a save. 19 minutes into the match, Fiselistic FootballClub's Sammy Hedges sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that William Ramstad narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FC Colindale's Ralph Mawson got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Fiselistic FootballClub's zone, Ralph Mawson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Billy Nelson came out of the goal and Ralph Mawson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Robert Drury had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ralph Mawson struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Billy Nelson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Colindale. Silvester Perkins might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over William Ramstad. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Silvester Perkins ran back to his position shaking his head. William Ramstad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvester Perkins, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fiselistic FootballClub's goalkeeper Billy Nelson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 95 minutes into the match, Ralph Mawson notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Fiselistic FootballClub's Billy Nelson. Billy Nelson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
