The referee ignored Marmarisspor's protests and gave Sean Horn a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Marmarisspor getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Sean Horn hit a great ball. Rueben Laycock stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peter Humphreys's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. 77 minutes into the game, Steven Malpeli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Manchester utd players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Marmarisspor from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
