Denzil Brazier didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nathan Wallbank went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 13th minute of the match, Corin Corbett got a very nice opportunity to score, but Denzil Brazier was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 14 minutes into the match, Corin Corbett dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Denzil Brazier, 3-0. 22 minutes into the match, Everton's goal looked a bit too open when Buster Keane came free, but Denzil Brazier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. James Welsh's late challenge caught a Everton's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. James Welsh helped the player get up and apologised. Oliver Foley sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Everton were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Broadgreen FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Devon Rathmell took the corner. Oliver Foley received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Pang Zheng Zhen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Denzil Brazier was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nathan Wallbank in the 55th minute of play forced Everton's goalkeeper Denzil Brazier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Everton were awarded a corner in the 58th minute after Broadgreen FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Oliver Foley recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pang Zheng Zhen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oliver Foley in the 68th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the game, Broadgreen FC's Buster Keane nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Denzil Brazier made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Denzil Brazier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Corin Corbett, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Oliver Foley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 76 minutes of play Broadgreen FC's James Welsh was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 77 played minutes Broadgreen FC got a freekick which was hit by James Welsh. If Oliver Foley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute, Nathan Wallbank ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Denzil Brazier was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Denzil Brazier came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Broadgreen FC's Nathan Wallbank. But to his dismay, Nathan Wallbank quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. After 91 minutes of play, Broadgreen FC's Nathan Wallbank made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Denzil Brazier was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 95thth minute of the game Matthias Kirchberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Everton's Denzil Brazier was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Everton's Denzil Brazier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nathan Wallbank in the 96th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Broadgreen FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Everton had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
