After 26 played minutes Thē Ŵhïppętś got a freekick which was hit by Bob Elam. 32 minutes into the match, Peter Maston dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Nath Elding, 1-2. Nath Elding took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Maston, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Conal Wring blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joshua Brumfitt having to make a save.
