Legia Warszawa's Larry Maston got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Larry Maston let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 9th minute shot 2-0 at rihgt post. Nicholas Cowling struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Rowan Savage didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Legia Warszawa. The audience was convinced that Larry Maston's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rowan Savage was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Tod Wardill blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Bastian having to make a save. Larry Maston had several of the Royal Wins's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 31 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Rowan Savage as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 37th minute, Larry Maston got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Larry Maston sped through Royal Wins's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rowan Savage. 41 minutes into the match, Larry Maston had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rowan Savage. Royal Wins's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Larry Maston was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. If Danny Hamilton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 46 played minutes Legia Warszawa got a freekick which was hit by Damien Ingham. Larry Maston received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Rowan Savage tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Denny Holmes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Damien Ingham came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Legia Warszawa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damien Ingham couldn't finish the play. 53 minutes into the match, Nicholas Cowling notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Royal Wins's Rowan Savage. Rowan Savage was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 58thth minute of the game Larry Maston who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Royal Wins's Rowan Savage was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Legia Warszawa fans' excitement grew in the 58th match minute when Legia Warszawa's Larry Maston looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Nicholas Cowling was slow to take the kick. During this time Legia Warszawa's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Nicholas Cowling got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rowan Savage quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 78th minute Christian Proctor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rowan Savage saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Legia Warszawa fans' excitement grew in the 79th match minute when Legia Warszawa's Larry Maston looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 11-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 93 played minutes Royal Wins got a freekick which was hit by Tod Wardill. Rowan Savage stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Larry Maston's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Larry Maston in the 98th minute of play forced Royal Wins's goalkeeper Rowan Savage to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There was no doubt that Legia Warszawa were the better team. Legia Warszawa's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
