RonnyFC's Graeme Silk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lance Eyre in the 7th minute of play. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by RonnyFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dylan Crossley was slow to take the kick. During this time Hythe United Rangers's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Rhys Wooding almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but RonnyFC's Graeme Silk did a great save. RonnyFC's Graeme Silk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tosh Higginson in the 11th minute of play. When Hythe United Rangers's Tosh Higginson in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye RonnyFC's goalie prevented a goal. 14 minutes into the match, Hythe United Rangers's goal looked a bit too open when Leigh Barnes came free, but Peter Robson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Graeme Silk came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Hythe United Rangers's Zak Crocker. But to his dismay, Zak Crocker quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. A collision led to RonnyFC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Garth Hickson hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the match, RonnyFC's goal looked a bit too open when Zak Crocker came free, but Graeme Silk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Graeme Silk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zak Crocker, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute, Lawrence Corbridge got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tosh Higginson in the 25th minute of play forced RonnyFC's goalkeeper Graeme Silk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tosh Higginson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Graeme Silk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Archie Speight had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Graeme Silk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tosh Higginson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tosh Higginson in the 38th minute of play forced RonnyFC's goalkeeper Graeme Silk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Graeme Silk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lawrence Corbridge's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. RonnyFC's Ryan Jones got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. RonnyFC's Graeme Silk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zak Crocker in the 45th minute of play. When Hythe United Rangers's Tosh Higginson in the 48th minute got a chance for a shot 48th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye RonnyFC's goalie prevented a goal.

After 51 minutes of play, Hythe United Rangers's Tosh Higginson made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Graeme Silk was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 54 minutes, Tosh Higginson made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. RonnyFC's Graeme Silk tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Graeme Silk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nick Newton in the 57th minute of the match. RonnyFC's Graeme Silk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save RonnyFC from getting a goal against them. 64 minutes into the match, RonnyFC's goalkeeper Graeme Silk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lawrence Corbridge. In the 64th match minute, RonnyFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Barrie Griffin to maneuver through the defense. 74 minutes into the match, RonnyFC's goal looked a bit too open when Zak Crocker came free, but Graeme Silk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Graeme Silk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lawrence Corbridge in the 77th minute of play. RonnyFC's Graeme Silk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save RonnyFC from getting a goal against them. Hythe United Rangers's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
