Spectators: 8515 (Terracing: 6387, Seating: 1958, VIP seats: 170) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Li Hai Yan got the match started through his kick off. Brickhouse FC's Chesney Colman got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Li Hai Yan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Li Hai Yan in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dragoş Gafița saved Brickhouse FC from getting behind. Ampthill FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Zane Woodhall in the 9th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Wang Hao Zheng heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Li Hai Yan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dragoş Gafița having to make a save. Dragoş Gafița took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Li Hai Yan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dragoş Gafița made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Li Hai Yan in the 22nd minute of play. 26 minutes into the game, Drew Dobbs was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brickhouse FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ampthill FC the free kick. The supporters of Ampthill FC booed when Brickhouse FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Drew Dobbs didn't get a good kick on the ball. Li Hai Yan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 37th minute of the game. One of Ampthill FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Brickhouse FC:s goal. Ampthill FC:s Argyris Loukoumakis showed great skill when he stopped Neil Logan:s penalty. After 42 minutes of play, Brickhouse FC's Neil Logan made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Argyris Loukoumakis was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 44 played minutes Brickhouse FC got a freekick which was hit by Neil Logan. Dragoş Gafița came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Ampthill FC's Li Hai Yan. But to his dismay, Li Hai Yan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Neil Logan to strike the kick off in the second half. Ampthill FC's Argyris Loukoumakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Neil Logan in the 53rd minute of play. Neil Logan kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Brickhouse FC's goalkeeper Dragoş Gafița, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 61 minutes Ampthill FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Drew Dobbs who took care of the corner kick. Brickhouse FC's Drew Dobbs was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Argyris Loukoumakis in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ampthill FC's Russ Barton quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Terry Barfield, made in the 63rd minute of the game. In the 63rd minute, Fabian Hylander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Allan Winship recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 74 played minutes Ampthill FC got a freekick which was hit by Thor Eriksson. If Allan Winship had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Brickhouse FC's Dragoş Gafița played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Allan Winship in the 78th minute of play. After having played for 82 minutes, Allan Winship managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ampthill FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Allan Winship was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Argyris Loukoumakis made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Chesney Colman sent off a good shot on target. After 87 minutes of play, Ampthill FC's Allan Winship made it 4-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dragoş Gafița was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee ended the match the Ampthill FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
