Spectators: 8520 (Terracing: 6391, Seating: 1959, VIP seats: 170) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Neil Logan made the kick off which started today's match. With a little luck, The Wheeliebins's Carlton Harkness got control of the ball when Neil Logan tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Wheeliebins's attentive Carl Bailey managed to snatch the ball when Callum Beavan made a throw-in in the 11th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Murdock Askew in the 12th minute of play forced Brickhouse FC's goalkeeper Dragoş Gafița to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute Lee Rush shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dragoş Gafița saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dragoş Gafița made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Murdock Askew in the 23rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Neil Logan got free with Carlton Harkness in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stuart Wakefield made in the 29th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Murdock Askew. Dragoş Gafița took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carl Bailey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the match, Brickhouse FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carl Bailey came free, but Dragoş Gafița reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dragoş Gafița made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lee Rush in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute The Wheeliebins were awarded a corner. Dale Morris went to the cornerflag to take it. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Carlton Harkness successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, Brickhouse FC's Philip Borrowdale got a free kick in the 48th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lee Rush made a kick off. After 57 minutes of play, The Wheeliebins's Lee Rush made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dragoş Gafița was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ben Smith kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Ben Smith hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. 64 minutes into the match, Brickhouse FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lee Rush came free, but Dragoş Gafița reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dragoş Gafița took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lee Rush, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlton Harkness showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Neil Logan, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. A throw-in in the 73rd minute of the game was made by Callum Beavan with Neil Logan as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After 82 played minutes Brickhouse FC got a freekick which was hit by Philip Borrowdale. 92 minutes into the game, The Wheeliebins's Kirk Fleetwood nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dragoş Gafița made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2.
