Spectators: 8509 (Terracing: 6382, Seating: 1957, VIP seats: 170) Nat Porter made the kick off and thus started the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Egg Chasers FC's Bruce Marler slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Reuben Reid. That made the score 1-0 after 2 minutes of play. Reuben Reid took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tosh Goodwin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reuben Reid was a little too slow when Tosh Goodwin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 16th minute. The score was now 2-0. When Ryan Barnfield came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Beckford fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ryan Barnfield couldn't finish the play. After 21 played minutes Egg Chasers FC got a freekick which was hit by Johnathan Jobson. Matthew Brookman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 27 minutes into the match, Beckford's goal looked a bit too open when Bruce Marler came free, but Reuben Reid reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reuben Reid made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tosh Goodwin in the 29th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Beckford's goalkeeper Reuben Reid had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tosh Goodwin. The supporters of Beckford booed when Egg Chasers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johnathan Jobson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 32nd minute of the match Chaz Linkletter sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vincent Blakeley skillfully saved the ball. After 36 played minutes Beckford got a freekick which was hit by Chaz Linkletter. Tosh Goodwin took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Reuben Reid. Reuben Reid dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Tosh Goodwin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reuben Reid having to interfere. Tosh Goodwin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 41stth minute tested the skills of Reuben Reid when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Bruce Marler's late challenge caught a Beckford's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bruce Marler helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Beckford booed when Egg Chasers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bruce Marler didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tosh Goodwin to strike the kick off in the second half. Reuben Reid took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tosh Goodwin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Beckford's Ashley Hopker got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Reuben Reid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthew Brookman, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. After some careless play in the Beckford defense, Tosh Goodwin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Reuben Reid. The Beckford fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reuben Reid should have stopped the shot. After 64 minutes Beckford's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Johnathan Jobson who took care of the corner kick. Vincent Blakeley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nat Porter in the 66th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tosh Goodwin in the 67th minute of play forced Beckford's goalkeeper Reuben Reid to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Egg Chasers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nat Porter came free, but Vincent Blakeley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reuben Reid took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tosh Goodwin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th match minute, Beckford was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddy Parslow to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tosh Goodwin in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Reuben Reid prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tosh Goodwin in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Reuben Reid saved Beckford from getting behind. Beckford's Reuben Reid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tosh Goodwin in the 82nd minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Beckford's goal looked a bit too open when Bruce Marler came free, but Reuben Reid reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reuben Reid came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Egg Chasers FC's Tosh Goodwin. But to his dismay, Tosh Goodwin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Egg Chasers FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
