Spectators: 8513 (Terracing: 6385, Seating: 1958, VIP seats: 170) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dersingham City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Samuel Löfskog was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in Rickmansworth's zone, Brynn Dalby stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Barry Foreman came out of the goal and Brynn Dalby tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Liam Langley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vince Digby, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After 24 minutes of play, Rickmansworth's Codrin Şelaru made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Liam Langley was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 29 minutes, Brynn Dalby mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dersingham City and the Rickmansworth players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Rickmansworth booed when Dersingham City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brynn Dalby didn't get a good kick on the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Rickmansworth's Carlos Augusto Messias sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Liam Langley narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 34 minutes into the match, Dersingham City's goal looked a bit too open when Codrin Şelaru came free, but Liam Langley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Dersingham City's goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Löfskog came free, but Liam Langley reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Brynn Dalby could shoot a difficult shot in the 45th minute, which Barry Foreman however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Augusto Messias in the 48th minute of play forced Dersingham City's goalkeeper Liam Langley to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcus Scrivener stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Dersingham City's Liam Langley got control of the ball when Codrin Şelaru tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 56th minute Samuel Löfskog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Liam Langley saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Liam Langley managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when Rickmansworth's Samuel Löfskog fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Felipe Maura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Codrin Şelaru put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Liam Langley. After some careless play in the Dersingham City defense, Felipe Maura kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Liam Langley. The Dersingham City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Liam Langley should have stopped the shot. 80 minutes into the match, Dersingham City's goalkeeper Liam Langley had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Codrin Şelaru. Liam Langley showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Löfskog, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Gerry Liddle hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute, Jordan Harrison hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rickmansworth's Felipe Maura got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rickmansworth's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
