The Friggle FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arturo Boruc should have stopped the shot. 16 minutes into the match, Friggle FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ma Ting Nan came free, but Arturo Boruc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arturo Boruc dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. 0-8 became the score in the 37th minute when Ma Ting Nan elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 41st minute Ma Ting Nan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Boruc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Xaverius Xavier notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of Friggle FC's Arturo Boruc. Arturo Boruc was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Ma Ting Nan fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hockley AFC's protests and gave Ma Ting Nan a yellow card for diving instead. Ma Ting Nan hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Fred Lineker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dale Cummings in the 46th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ma Ting Nan to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Xaverius Xavier left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hockley AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-10. With a little luck, Friggle FC's Arturo Boruc got control of the ball when Xaverius Xavier tried to sneak it across the goal line. 55 minutes into the game, Hockley AFC's John-Paul Easter nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. After 64 minutes of play, Hockley AFC's Isaac Mead made it 0-13 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arturo Boruc was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 67th minute, Xaverius Xavier made a precise shot to the right of Arturo Boruc. Friggle FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-14. Matty Gerrard kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Amerigo Sciotto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Friggle FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Amerigo Sciotto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fred Lineker breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Friggle FC defense, Jason Seagrave kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arturo Boruc. The Friggle FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arturo Boruc should have stopped the shot. Arturo Boruc was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Ma Ting Nan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ma Ting Nan really showed his touch with that goal: 0-18.
