When the match clock showed 40 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Júlio Severo sped through Real Death Ducks's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Anthony Cahill. After some careless play in the Real Death Ducks defense, Sammy Corcoran kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anthony Cahill. The Real Death Ducks fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anthony Cahill should have stopped the shot. After 48 minutes, Kevin Haseldine mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Real Death Ducks and the FC ARK CS players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 48th match minute, Real Death Ducks was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kevin Haseldine to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 49 minutes, Olly Paley managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC ARK CS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olly Paley was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Real Death Ducks players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC ARK CS were winning 0-8.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Keanu Sawyer stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Edgar Lang fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Anthony Cahill was a little too slow when Sammy Corcoran got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 0-10. In the 72nd minute, Damon Gascoigne ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anthony Cahill was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-12. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Lang in the 79th minute of play forced Real Death Ducks's goalkeeper Anthony Cahill to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Real Death Ducks's goal looked a bit too open when Sammy Corcoran came free, but Anthony Cahill reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Damon Gascoigne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Anthony Cahill tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damon Gascoigne in the 95th minute of play forced Real Death Ducks's goalkeeper Anthony Cahill to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC ARK CS played a much better game than Real Death Ducks and deserved their victory. The Real Death Ducks players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
