When Dan Lancaster fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Death Ducks's protests and gave Dan Lancaster a yellow card for diving instead. Dan Lancaster hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Anthony Cahill made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carl Speed in the 15th minute. Philip Floyd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bart Ryder in the 18th minute of the match. In the 20th match minute, Kauto Stars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jamie Whitford to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes into the match, Kauto Stars's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Hunter came free, but Philip Floyd reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
