The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 7 minutes into the match, Heavenly Hooters's goalkeeper Will Goldthorpe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Honorio Aurken. Will Goldthorpe made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Honorio Aurken sent off a good shot on target. Honorio Aurken came free with the goalkeeper in the 15th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Will Goldthorpe could save by the left post. FC BARCELONA BB6's Oliveira Lesak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Todd Griffiths in the 16th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Heavenly Hooters's zone, Zhang Chong Song stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Will Goldthorpe came out of the goal and Zhang Chong Song tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Heavenly Hooters's Will Goldthorpe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xu Ming in the 20th minute of play. Oliveira Lesak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leo Bean, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute FC BARCELONA BB6 were awarded a corner. Henry Stiles went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Heavenly Hooters's goalie and right to Dedé Maia. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Heavenly Hooters's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 32ndth minute of the game Leo Bean who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC BARCELONA BB6's Oliveira Lesak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 33 minutes into the game, Richárd Bódog was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Heavenly Hooters's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC BARCELONA BB6 the free kick. After 33 played minutes Heavenly Hooters got a freekick which was hit by Richárd Bódog. FC BARCELONA BB6's Honorio Aurken got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 45 minutes into the match, FC BARCELONA BB6's goal looked a bit too open when Brandon Wright came free, but Oliveira Lesak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Leo Bean in the 59thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Oliveira Lesak, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Through an outstanding action, after 62 minutes, Oliveira Lesak successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 65th minute Xu Ming shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Will Goldthorpe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xu Ming in the 65th minute of play forced Heavenly Hooters's goalkeeper Will Goldthorpe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Honorio Aurken's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Will Goldthorpe was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. FC BARCELONA BB6's Oliveira Lesak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Todd Griffiths in the 82nd minute of play. In the 83rd minute of the match, Leo Bean got a very nice opportunity to score, but Oliveira Lesak was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leo Bean got free with Oliveira Lesak in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Heavenly Hooters made a substitution. Zhou Shi Yao replaced Leo Bean. In the 96th minute Phil Naylor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oliveira Lesak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oliveira Lesak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zhou Shi Yao, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC BARCELONA BB6's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
