A collision led to Modernians getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Eliodor Rădulescu hit a great ball. The Modernians players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. The Handsome Wizards UTD were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when CJ Townsley made the kick off in the second half. When Gerry Sollit came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Modernians fans jumped to their feet. CJ Townsley could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Kaur Kapten made a huge save. In the 69th minute, Zak Beckford hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Zak Beckford got the opportunity to take care of a free kick it resulted in a really dangerous shot that almost went in the goal. Instead the ball went too high, a missed opportunity for The Handsome Wizards UTD. If Thomas Stenger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Modernians's zone, Zak Beckford stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kaur Kapten came out of the goal and Zak Beckford tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 81 minutes into the match, Txema Cerbera had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcial Cisquella. The Handsome Wizards UTD's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Txema Cerbera was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Modernians's Kaur Kapten proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Modernians from getting a goal against them. 85 minutes into the match, The Handsome Wizards UTD's goal looked a bit too open when Thomas Stenger came free, but Marcial Cisquella reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner led Modernians's Thomas Stenger to fire away a dangerous shot which Marcial Cisquella despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Modernians's goal looked a bit too open when CJ Townsley came free, but Kaur Kapten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Modernians's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
