Thanks to some nice moves Abraham Read could shoot a difficult shot in the 4th minute, which Kaur Kapten however easily saved by the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Txema Cerbera in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bjarke Lockwood prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Txema Cerbera in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bjarke Lockwood saved Garlic Eaters from getting behind. 10 minutes into the game, Txema Cerbera cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Bjarke Lockwood was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bjarke Lockwood didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Txema Cerbera went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 17 minutes in the game, Txema Cerbera dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. 19 minutes into the match, Garlic Eaters's Gez Barber sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kaur Kapten narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 20 minutes, Txema Cerbera made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Garlic Eaters's Bjarke Lockwood tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 26th minute Txema Cerbera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bjarke Lockwood saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Garlic Eaters's Robert Hammond got a free kick in the 27th minute. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Txema Cerbera sped through Garlic Eaters's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bjarke Lockwood. In the 31st minute, Thomas Stenger ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bjarke Lockwood was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. When Modernians's Txema Cerbera in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Txema Cerbera in the 36th minute of play forced Garlic Eaters's goalkeeper Bjarke Lockwood to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bjarke Lockwood showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Txema Cerbera in the 38th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the game, Juliusz Sala cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Bjarke Lockwood was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Modernians booed when Garlic Eaters was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abraham Read didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sam Lunt in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bjarke Lockwood saved Garlic Eaters from getting behind. The Garlic Eaters players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Modernians were winning 0-7.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Txema Cerbera to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Garlic Eaters's Bjarke Lockwood got control of the ball when Txema Cerbera tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bjarke Lockwood showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Txema Cerbera in the 53rd minute of the match. Sam Lunt who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Bjarke Lockwood when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Bjarke Lockwood made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sam Lunt in the 58th minute of play. Bjarke Lockwood made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sam Lunt in the 60th minute. Albert Crawshaw hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Txema Cerbera in the 71stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Bjarke Lockwood, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Robert Hammond during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Robert Hammond hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. When %teams%'s Txema Cerbera was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 0-11 just inside the left pole, 76 minutes into the game. Bjarke Lockwood was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. After 80th play minutes Txema Cerbera shot 0-12, a short shot which went by Bjarke Lockwood and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 83rd minute of the match, Thomas Stenger tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bjarke Lockwood saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Juliusz Sala made in the 85th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Thomas Stenger. Bjarke Lockwood came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Modernians's Txema Cerbera. But to his dismay, Txema Cerbera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-13. 91 minutes into the game, Modernians's Eliodor Rădulescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bjarke Lockwood made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-14. Modernians played a much better game than Garlic Eaters and deserved their victory. The Garlic Eaters players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
