An unexpectedly hard shot by Guido Pagomari in the 7th minute of play forced Chuffing Hell United's goalkeeper Tristram Fleetwood to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 37 minutes of play, Mayo's Samuel Farmer made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tristram Fleetwood was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alexander Bird showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Seb Colton, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Seb Colton made a great header on Chuffing Hell United's corner, it was just that Mayo's Alexander Bird managed to reach the ball for a save. Alexander Bird took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Seb Colton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chuffing Hell United were awarded a corner in the 64th minute after Mayo's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Seb Colton took the corner. Alexander Bird showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathon Clay in the 70th minute of the match. Tristram Fleetwood made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Symons in the 72nd minute of play. With an all-out effort, Mayo's Tristram Fleetwood threw himself towards the right post 76 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Guido Pagomari, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The supporters of Mayo booed when Chuffing Hell United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geoff Furlong didn't get a good kick on the ball.
