A collision led to Racing Club Warwick getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Curtis Dyson hit a great ball. Felix Hurren kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Craig Osborn was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Timo Werner. Timo Werner scored 1-0 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Craig Osborn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Racing Club Warwick defense, Timo Werner kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Craig Osborn. The Racing Club Warwick fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Craig Osborn should have stopped the shot. Reg Weeks who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Craig Osborn when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 32nd match minute, Overpower FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robert Holding to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Darryl Nicholson in the 34th minute of play forced Overpower FC's goalkeeper Brett Hart to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute, Overpower FC's Timo Werner ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Craig Osborn. Craig Osborn yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Brett Hart showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Darryl Nicholson in the 46th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Darryl Nicholson to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Overpower FC's Brett Hart got control of the ball when Edward Wilson tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 53 played minutes Racing Club Warwick got a freekick which was hit by Alec Heath. 59 minutes into the match, Racing Club Warwick's goal looked a bit too open when Timo Werner came free, but Craig Osborn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Edward Wilson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Overpower FC made a substitution. Federico Bero replaced Glyn Styles. Overpower FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Timo Werner in the 69th minute. Racing Club Warwick's Craig Osborn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Bero in the 70th minute of play. In the 71st minute Timo Werner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Craig Osborn saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
