Spectators: 8022 (Terracing: 6018, Seating: 1845, VIP seats: 159) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Miroslav Soboňa kicked off to start the match. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chamraď Košice's goalkeeper Vladislav Samet, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Richard Seno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tomáš Čarejš read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 9th minute of play. Tomáš Čarejš made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emil Lopata in the 10th minute of play. If Richard Seno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miroslav Soboňa in the 15th minute of play forced Chamraď Košice's goalkeeper Vladislav Samet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute Revúca Slovakia were awarded a corner. Martin Albert went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 19th minute Miroslav Soboňa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladislav Samet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emil Lopata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Revúca Slovakia's Ľubomír Sabovčík got a free kick in the 24th minute. 28 minutes into the match, Chamraď Košice's goalkeeper Vladislav Samet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Viktor Kraus. After 29 played minutes Revúca Slovakia got a freekick which was hit by Jozef Saloň. After a defensive mix-up in Revúca Slovakia's zone, Richard Seno stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomáš Čarejš came out of the goal and Richard Seno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 34 played minutes Revúca Slovakia got a freekick which was hit by Ľubomír Sabovčík. In the 36th match minute, Revúca Slovakia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ľubomír Sabovčík to maneuver through the defense. Emil Lopata sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Richard Seno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Richard Seno to strike the kick off in the second half. Vladislav Samet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miroslav Soboňa in the 53rd minute of the match. Emil Lopata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomáš Čarejš having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Chamraď Košice's goal looked a bit too open when Viktor Kraus came free, but Vladislav Samet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marek Višňa kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. When Emil Lopata came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Chamraď Košice fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emil Lopata couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Viktor Kraus in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vladislav Samet saved Chamraď Košice from getting behind. Miroslav Soboňa took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vladislav Samet. Vladislav Samet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 89th minute, Miroslav Soboňa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. During the 90th minute of the match Marek Višňa completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Marek Višňa a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The audience was convinced that Miroslav Soboňa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vladislav Samet was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. Ľubomír Jurkech charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
