Spectators: 7844 (Terracing: 6004, Seating: 1840, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Lukáš Čabák got the match started through his kick off. Ivan Demčák sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, OFK Mokrý Háj's Samo Sopko got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 5th minute, Stano Sekáč got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ivan Nemešány fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Turanec having to interfere. In the 13th minute Ivan Nemešány shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Turanec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, OFK Mokrý Háj's Vladimir Želínsky got control of the ball when Viktor Žitňár tried to sneak it across the goal line. Viktor Žitňár could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Vladimir Želínsky made a huge save. In the 20th minute Ivan Nemešány shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Martin Turanec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lukáš Čabák in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vladimir Želínsky saved OFK Mokrý Háj from getting behind. Vladimir Želínsky didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Viktor Žitňár went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Viktor Žitňár fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimir Želínsky having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in OFK Mokrý Háj's zone, Ján Šangala stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vladimir Želínsky came out of the goal and Ján Šangala tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ivan Demčák to make the kick off. In the 54thth minute of the game Lukáš Čabák who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but OFK Mokrý Háj's Vladimir Želínsky was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vladimir Želínsky showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lukáš Čabák, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. A collision led to OFK Mokrý Háj getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Michal Švajda hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 64 minutes, Martin Turanec successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ivan Demčák took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Martin Turanec. Martin Turanec dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Vladimir Želínsky made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lukáš Čabák in the 67th minute of play. Viktor Žitňár recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vladimir Želínsky took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lukáš Čabák, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Martin Turanec made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Ivan Nemešány sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Michalovce's Martin Turanec got control of the ball when Ivan Nemešány tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 77 minutes, Viktor Žitňár managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Michalovce's supporters crossed their fingers, but Viktor Žitňár was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Michalovce's Viktor Žitňár got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ján Šangala kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. If Ján Šangala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Michalovce's Lukáš Čabák got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Michalovce had played much better football throughout.
