After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Ladislav Habdža managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rusinska Cigelka's supporters rose to their feet, but Ladislav Habdža was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ľubomír Ferenčík breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maros Poláček in the 12th minute of play forced Rusinska Cigelka's goalkeeper Marek Ambrózy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Rusinska Cigelka's goal looked a bit too open when Maros Poláček came free, but Marek Ambrózy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Ján Kundráčik fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rusinska Cigelka's protests and gave Ján Kundráčik a yellow card for diving instead. After 16 played minutes Rusinska Cigelka got a freekick which was hit by Ján Kundráčik. Vladimír Ovečka fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marek Ambrózy having to interfere. Ľubomír Ferenčík made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Ladislav Habdža sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Vladimír Ovečka in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marek Ambrózy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tomáš Híreš hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Greywolfs's Ľubomír Ferenčík proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Greywolfs from getting a goal against them. Ivan Demčák kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. 41 minutes into the match, Rusinska Cigelka's goal looked a bit too open when Maros Poláček came free, but Marek Ambrózy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The wind increased when Ladislav Habdža made the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Greywolfs's Marek Ambrózy threw himself towards the right post 55 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Maros Poláček, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 62 minutes into the match, Rusinska Cigelka's Ladislav Habdža sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ľubomír Ferenčík narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Marek Ambrózy made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vladimír Ovečka in the 66th minute. In the 70th minute Maros Poláček shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marek Ambrózy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ladislav Habdža received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Ľubomír Ferenčík tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ľubomír Ferenčík took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ladislav Habdža, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 77th minute, Viktor Bača hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rusinska Cigelka's Marek Ambrózy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Rusinska Cigelka from getting a goal against them. Greywolfs played a much better game than Rusinska Cigelka and deserved their victory. The Rusinska Cigelka players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
