Gunnar Brændgaard might have been able to make a better finish in the 12th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ismo Lahtela. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gunnar Brændgaard ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gunnar Brændgaard in the 14th minute of play forced Pokemon's goalkeeper Ismo Lahtela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 18th minute, Gunnar Brændgaard left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Stinking Dogs fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Gunnar Brændgaard might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ismo Lahtela. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gunnar Brændgaard ran back to his position shaking his head. Pokemon's Ismo Lahtela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gunnar Brændgaard in the 30th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gunnar Brændgaard in the 33rd minute of play forced Pokemon's goalkeeper Ismo Lahtela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zhou Yuan Feng showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mikuláš Jarošík, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. With a little luck, FC Stinking Dogs's Zhou Yuan Feng got control of the ball when Daniel Horáček tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Pokemon's Dušan Króner got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mikuláš Jarošík was the one to do the kick off. If Daniel Horáček had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 55th minute of the match FC Stinking Dogs got a corner. Pokemon's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gunnar Brændgaard ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to FC Stinking Dogs's Róbert Kotmánik getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Zhou Yuan Feng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mikuláš Jarošík in the 60th minute of play. After 61 minutes FC Stinking Dogs's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mikuláš Jarošík who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Mikuláš Jarošík almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Stinking Dogs's Zhou Yuan Feng did a great save. Zhou Yuan Feng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Horáček, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Horáček in the 66th minute of play forced FC Stinking Dogs's goalkeeper Zhou Yuan Feng to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Horáček in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zhou Yuan Feng prevented the ball from getting in the gole. FC Stinking Dogs made a substitution. Daniel Kontšek replaced Gunnar Brændgaard. A collision led to FC Stinking Dogs getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Mojmír Šimončič hit a great ball. Zhou Yuan Feng came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Pokemon's František Makaay. But to his dismay, František Makaay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Zhou Yuan Feng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Horáček, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute, František Makaay ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Zhou Yuan Feng was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1.
