Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Vilim Lamovšek kicked off to start the match. Attila Podbregar came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Trebnje NK's Stevan Metzkar. But to his dismay, Stevan Metzkar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After having played for 11 minutes, Vilim Lamovšek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. NK Dinamo Zagreb's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vilim Lamovšek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to NK Dinamo Zagreb getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Milan Padjen hit a great ball. When Stevan Metzkar came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Trebnje NK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stevan Metzkar couldn't finish the play. Daš Povirk charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daš Povirk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stevan Metzkar in the 19th minute of play forced NK Dinamo Zagreb's goalkeeper Attila Podbregar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Trebnje NK's Stevan Metzkar in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Attila Podbregar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stevan Metzkar, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After a rather tough play, Trebnje NK's Blagoje Popivoda got a free kick in the 31st minute. In the 36th minute, Milan Padjen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute, Stevan Metzkar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stevan Metzkar to strike the kick off in the second half. Attila Podbregar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stevan Metzkar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute Joži Pavalec shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardinho Matorin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Veno Jeromel in the 59th minute of play forced Trebnje NK's goalkeeper Ricardinho Matorin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Željko Urek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in NK Dinamo Zagreb's zone, Blagoje Popivoda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Attila Podbregar came out of the goal and Blagoje Popivoda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Stevan Metzkars short, quick shot in the 72ndth minute got Attila Podbregar to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Stevan Metzkar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Attila Podbregar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Blagoje Popivoda hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Aljaž Končan struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Ricardinho Matorin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for NK Dinamo Zagreb. After 87 played minutes NK Dinamo Zagreb got a freekick which was hit by Maximilian Ramšak. A collision led to Trebnje NK getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Stevan Metzkar hit a great ball.
