Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Claudio Vurkeljc took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Vurkeljc in the 7th minute of play forced Vuzenica NK's goalkeeper Almin Širca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anej Ozimek during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Anej Ozimek kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Norbert Sešeks short, quick shot in the 14thth minute got Almin Širca to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 14th match minute, Vuzenica NK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gianni Šuštaršič to maneuver through the defense. Almin Širca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Vurkeljc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Vuzenica NK's zone, Norbert Sešek stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Almin Širca came out of the goal and Norbert Sešek tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 26 minutes into the match, Vuzenica NK's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio Vurkeljc came free, but Almin Širca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ćazim Jarh might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Feliks Šenk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ćazim Jarh ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claudio Vurkeljc in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Almin Širca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 35th minute, Danjel Jeriha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 37 minutes, Norbert Sešek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kočevje FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Norbert Sešek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Danče Slokar's late challenge caught a Vuzenica NK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Danče Slokar helped the player get up and apologised. After 44 played minutes Kočevje FC got a freekick which was hit by Danče Slokar. Feliks Šenk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Job Vidrih in the 45th minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Ćazim Jarh got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Job Vidrih to make the kick off. Almin Širca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Vurkeljc in the 58th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Vuzenica NK's Anej Ozimek got a free kick in the 59th minute. When Claudio Vurkeljc came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Kočevje FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Claudio Vurkeljc couldn't finish the play. In the 74th minute, Kočevje FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Job Vidrih fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 82 minutes into the game, Claudio Vurkeljc cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Almin Širca was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Almin Širca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Vurkeljc in the 90th minute of play. Almin Širca came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Kočevje FC's Claudio Vurkeljc. But to his dismay, Claudio Vurkeljc quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Kočevje FC fully deserved thier win.
