When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Östen Västberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Andreas Rönn had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edgar Kjellkvist. Kvänum IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Andreas Rönn was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. 55 minutes into the match, Kvänum IF's goal looked a bit too open when Mikael Jönsson came free, but Edgar Kjellkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 59 played minutes UGGLANS BK got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Åke Ahlqvist. When Ulf Säv came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Kvänum IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ulf Säv couldn't finish the play. Östen Västberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
