In the 34th minute Georg Åström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brian Viberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andréas Hydén sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andréas Hydén fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brian Viberg having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in K-Town Kickers's zone, Andréas Hydén stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brian Viberg came out of the goal and Andréas Hydén tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Andréas Hydén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lars-Erik Browald sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Emil Örnberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bertil Ivarsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. When Andréas Hydén came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Harrys Youth Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andréas Hydén couldn't finish the play. Georg Åström might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Brian Viberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Georg Åström ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 82 minutes, David Pihl managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. K-Town Kickers's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Pihl was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Georg Åström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Lars-Erik Browald fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Harrys Youth Academy's protests and gave Lars-Erik Browald a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Harrys Youth Academy getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Lars-Erik Browald hit a great ball. John Stensson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 88th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Emil Örnberg. Harrys Youth Academy's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Andréas Hydén kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Harrys Youth Academy's Emil Örnberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertil Ivarsson in the 94th minute of play. After a rather tough play, K-Town Kickers's Gottfrid Vennerström got a free kick in the 97th minute. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. K-Town Kickers were victorious despite being under pressure from Harrys Youth Academy for much of the match.
