Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jack Eklund started the match with the kick off. Dag Söderlund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nils-Erik Jönsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Dag Söderlund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Skottorp RK's supporters rose to their feet, but Dag Söderlund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nils-Erik Jönsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 15 played minutes Långträsk IFK got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Hård. Dag Söderlund's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 16thth minute, Nils-Erik Jönsson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Långträsk IFK's Nils-Erik Jönsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Långträsk IFK from getting a goal against them. In the 30th minute Christer Mogren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils-Erik Jönsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 33 played minutes Skottorp RK's Dag Söderlund stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Nils-Erik Jönsson stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing Långträsk IFK of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Christer Mogren made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Christer Mogren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Skottorp RK's supporters rose to their feet, but Christer Mogren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nils-Erik Jönsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kurt Anundsson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 54th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nils-Erik Jönsson. Långträsk IFK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Långträsk IFK's zone, Dag Söderlund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nils-Erik Jönsson came out of the goal and Dag Söderlund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Skottorp RK's Christer Mogren in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Långträsk IFK's goalie prevented a goal. Christer Mogren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Nils-Erik Jönsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dag Söderlund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Långträsk IFK's Nils-Erik Jönsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dag Söderlund in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th minute Christer Mogren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils-Erik Jönsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute Fredrik Nyström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Michael Kjellberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute, Edwin Malmgren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Skottorp RK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Nils-Erik Jönsson came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Skottorp RK's Dag Söderlund. But to his dismay, Dag Söderlund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Nils-Erik Jönsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dag Söderlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 91st minute Christer Mogren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils-Erik Jönsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th minute Dag Söderlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils-Erik Jönsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dag Söderlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Skottorp RK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
