Hans Petersson made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Pär Olofsson sent off a good shot on target. Hans Petersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Arenstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. If Sven-Olof Engström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 11 minutes into the match, Mattias Siggesson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sivert Rolandsson. How High's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mattias Siggesson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. If Mattias Siggesson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bullaren's Hans Petersson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Bullaren from getting a goal against them. When Bullaren's Mattias Siggesson in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye How High's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Bullaren getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Sven-Olof Engström hit a great ball. Pär Olofsson made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 30thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Hans Petersson would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. 32 minutes into the game, Stefan Arenstedt recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hans Petersson. Stefan Arenstedt showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Mattias Siggesson struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Sivert Rolandsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bullaren. Sven-Olof Engström might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sivert Rolandsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sven-Olof Engström ran back to his position shaking his head. Sivert Rolandsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Olof Engström in the 46th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Mattias Siggesson came free with the goalkeeper in the 56th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Sivert Rolandsson could save by the left post. In the 59th minute, a hard, long distance shot from Pär Olofsson hit the top of the crossbar and flew over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Bengt Boklund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bullaren's supporters rose to their feet, but Bengt Boklund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sivert Rolandsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bullaren's Mattias Siggesson got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Bullaren booed when How High was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kalle Åkerberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mattias Siggesson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sivert Rolandsson having to interfere. Sivert Rolandsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Olof Engström, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 96th minute, Pär Olofsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hans Petersson was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. How High's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
