Spectators: 7380 (Terracing: 5536, Seating: 1697, VIP seats: 147) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Åke Forsberg made the kick off which started today's match. When Rutger Tingberg came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Gloria Victis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rutger Tingberg couldn't finish the play. When Emil Tidén fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gloria Victis's protests and gave Emil Tidén a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of How High booed when Gloria Victis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emil Tidén didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute Pär Olofsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Blixt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Åke Forsberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Sivert Rolandsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rutger Tingberg got free with Sivert Rolandsson in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Åke Forsberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sivert Rolandsson having to make a save. If Rutger Tingberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Åke Forsberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stefan Arenstedt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Richard Blixt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Arenstedt, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Gloria Victis's Richard Blixt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Arenstedt in the 64th minute of play. After 65 minutes, Sten Molander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gloria Victis and the How High players grew even worse after the yellow card. Sten Molander hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute Stefan Arenstedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Blixt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gloria Victis's Richard Blixt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Gloria Victis from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Gloria Victis's Richard Blixt got control of the ball when Pär Olofsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Stefan Arenstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Richard Blixt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute, Emil Tidén hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pär Olofsson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 97thth minute tested the skills of Richard Blixt when he managed to save the team from getting behind. How High's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
