Spectators: 7337 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1697, VIP seats: 140) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ivar Högman took the kick off in the first half of the match. Albin Mickelsson hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 6th minute Mikael Myhr managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. Peder Håkansson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ivar Högman went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Jens-Ola Vallman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marcus Wiberg's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sigvard Smefeldt in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Peder Håkansson saved Bergvik IFK from getting behind. Peder Håkansson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ivar Högman went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hubert Arhenius in the 23rd minute of play forced Bergvik IFK's goalkeeper Peder Håkansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jens-Ola Vallman made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Isac Hellström sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Bergvik IFK getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Mikael Myhr hit a great ball. After 29 played minutes, Östra Karup's Albin Mickelsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Peder Håkansson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Östra Karup reached it. Marcus Wiberg hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. When Ivar Högman came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Östra Karup fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ivar Högman couldn't finish the play. Peder Håkansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sigvard Smefeldt in the 35th minute of play. Ivar Högman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sven-Oskar Almkvist took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Peder Håkansson. Peder Håkansson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Isac Hellström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Jens-Ola Vallman made a huge save. In the 44th minute of the match, Alex Rudqvist tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jens-Ola Vallman saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alex Rudqvist was the one to do the kick off. Isac Hellström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Östra Karup's zone, Isac Hellström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jens-Ola Vallman came out of the goal and Isac Hellström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Bergvik IFK getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Marcus Wiberg hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bergvik IFK's zone, Ivar Högman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Peder Håkansson came out of the goal and Ivar Högman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 65th minute, Zebastian Kilström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peder Håkansson made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Sigvard Smefeldt sent off a good shot on target. In the 70th minute, Alex Rudqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Isac Hellström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Jens-Ola Vallman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jens-Ola Vallman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alex Rudqvist's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. In the 78th minute, Bergvik IFK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ivar Högman fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Mikael Myhr fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bergvik IFK's protests and gave Mikael Myhr a yellow card for diving instead. In the 81st minute, Mikael Myhr hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 83 minutes into the match, Östra Karup's Ivar Högman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Peder Håkansson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Ivar Högman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivar Högman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Östra Karup's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
