The supporters of Suedi FF booed when FC Superstars was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fred Bäck didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Åkerman in the 13th minute of play forced FC Superstars's goalkeeper Niklas Lindgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the FC Superstars defense, Peder Ekelund kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Niklas Lindgren. The FC Superstars fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Niklas Lindgren should have stopped the shot. After 18 minutes, George Soned mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Suedi FF and the FC Superstars players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Suedi FF getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. George Soned hit a great ball. Jonatan Finman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rutger Jönsätt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joel Åkerman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC Superstars's Niklas Lindgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Åkerman in the 26th minute of play. Niklas Lindgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Åkerman in the 27th minute of the match. Peder Ekelund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Superstars's Niklas Lindgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Åkerman in the 38th minute of play. Per Åkerström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Jonatan Finman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Per Åkerström got free with Jonatan Finman in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rutger Jönsätt to make the kick off. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Suedi FF's goalkeeper Jonatan Finman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Joel Åkerman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Niklas Lindgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rutger Jönsätt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The referee gave Fred Bäck a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 99th match minute, FC Superstars was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fred Bäck to maneuver through the defense.
